Surrounded with views of the Cerrillos Hills, Ortiz Mountains and Sangre de Christo Mountains, the Highway 14 Corridor known as the Turquoise Trail is located in Santa Fe County. This increase is due to the sales of homes over the $500,000 price point. The wide variety of lots sizes, age, building quality, type of construction, and location, causes the average price per sq. ft. to vary. Currently home prices per sq. ft. are averaging $185- $ 214.
